Here is the first pic of the new BenQ smartphone from the CES show in Vegas.

It appears to have a QWERTY keyboard, wifi and 1.3MP camera.

There appears to be conflicting reports about whether this is a pocket PC phone or a true Smartphone. Apparently BenQ are looking at including the new version (2005) of the smartphone platform but its currently running WM 2003 PPC Edition.

That is a nice looking device. It kind of reminds me of the Eten P300 I used to own, but much much better.
