White Screen when I turn c500 on

Whenever I turn my SPV c500 on the screen is completely white until the display powers down. I can then press any key to get the normal screen. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?

Not sure what you mean by screen powering down? do you just mean the back light?

Have you been playing with startup screens? if so the phone may have lost the loacation of the image you are using and so is displaying nothing until the phone has finished booting.

have you downloaded the orange update file? it is 22mb and it will wipe your files away so use backup or save them through activesync (version 3.8)

hey ther...i have the same problem with my spv c500. sometimes wen i switch on the phone, the screen is completely white, but still works...then after a while the screen goes back 2 normal....however, sometimes it starts up normal...and then goes white randomly and stays for a few hours.....

n e 1 kno wtf is up with it? :D or how i can fix it?, ive tried installing the update buit that has made no difference...neither has hard restting it.

any thoughts much appriceated XD
