Downloaded Active sync 3.8

Downloaded Active sync 3.8 and now the phone won't sync with outlook now. It has worked ok uptill the update now i get the connected, resolve, atention required message every tim I sync up.

I have no problems with 3.8 so it should work. What OS are you using?

What's this about spelling!. Whitch member do you mean? I have not posted in the other thread about this topic.

try doing a repair on outlook, as sometimes it gets confused

if that doesn't work try uninstalling outlook and active sync then install outlook again then active sync

This subject was bought up before in the link I posted. I did a search for your error message but found nothing. Only when I realised that you had spelled attention wrong did I find the previous post which has some suggestions for you to try. I would have found it a lot quicker if you fad spelled it correctly in the first place as I just copied your error into the search box.

I did the update Saturday (3.7.1 to 3.8) and have not had any problems.

Activesync 3.8 Sorted now. I had to set up Outlook 2002 first (forgot that bit) working fine now.
