how to execute a cab file without filemanager.....

Hello.

I've done a hard reset on my phone and need to get the file manager program installed. Problem is I dont have my original cd with me (im a work) and I need to be able to execute some cabs from the memoery card. Is there anyway I can do this? :?: Or can someone email me the EXE from the original cd?
