Usually eBay (aka eFence) has much cheapness on these, because the sellers don't pay VAT (cough cough). Not that you have to if the goods cost less than 28 quid IIRC. A quick search lists 512mb cards for 32 quid.

For regular SD cards, I've seen 1 gig ones at around £30 quid! I remember paying nearer 50 for a 256 card not all that long ago!! Time for some new storage I think!
