Business Carding on C500

Hi - new user here. How do you send a Business Card via text on an Orange C500? I don't believe that it is possible but it's ridiculous that they have created a phone that you have to manually type in a phone number when someone wants you to text them someone elses number? :cry:

I agree, my Ericsson did it and so do Nokias afaik. Not exactly the behaviour of Smartphone, is it? :D

It is a very Smart phone - it allows you to chose which software you want to do the tasks yoou want to do.

What, and have to find and install it yourself? IMHO you can't say that a phone has a feature if you have to go out and find a program for it and download it yourself.

Who said the phone had the feature, the whole pont of a smartphone, like a PC, is the amount of additional software you can get for it to make it do what YOU want.

If you don't like it buy a N*kia - it's your choice.

While I have absolute respect for you and alot of your opinions confucious, I have to side with the others here... Things like send contact via whatever (txt IR BT) are pretty basic features these days which you would expect to find in such an advanced phone - especially with this phone being targeted more toward the business user.

Seems a shame really but I guess it's (inc. all the other little issues!)somthing we will have to put up with!
