Transfer Contacts SIM --> Phone?

I know - this has been discussed dozens of times, but can I find it anywhere? :D FAQ? No Sir! (Actually, it would probably be easier if the search option allowed three-letter searches, i.e. "SIM" :| )

I don't seem to have SIM Manager on my E200, so where to go from here to get the SIM contacts onto my phone?

Pants! The M2SimCopy.cab thingy doesn't seem to work as it says I've got 0 items on the SIM, whereas I've actually got loads. :D

EDIT: OK, my mistake, it works fine (despite the 0 SIM contants). :D
