Assuming you've copied the files from the MMC card that you got in the box, to your existing memory card...

1) Make sure that the files are in the same place relative to the root of the memory card - the folders need to be in the root of the memory card

2) Make sure that all the files copied accross successfully. On mine CLINE.DAT didn't copy first time which gave me the same problem

I try...but the result is the same: "No maps Found"

In System\Apps\TTMOBILE there is a file named "Current map", I have open them with notepad, and it showing me "E:/italy-map" it is ok???

what is the file that indicates the route of the maps???

My map is in "Storage Card/Great-Britain-Map", so "E:/Itlay-map" might be correct for the path to the map files (not sure about the E: bit TBH)

Have you checked each file in the "Storage Card/Itlay-Map" folder to make sure the file is there and the size and date match the originals?

Do you have any other maps? (most of us don't I'm guessing)

If possible you can try to open "Current map" (System\Apps\TTMOBILE) and give me your location of map??

Italy-map is the only that I have.. and I do not know because it does not work..

Thanks for the help

Try contacting TomTom if the above is not working as they should help give you the aftersales support.

Does it work on the MMC card correctly?

Please correct me if I am wrong, but aren't the files in System/apps for Symbian 60 only?

No, there is a folder for MS Smartphone too (I don't know if it's actually used or not, but it is there)

I believe it works like this, but I am not 100% sure:

2577 - includes an Autorun file to set up everything to run TomTom on the MS Smartphone, and maybe Symbian 60 too. Isn't really needed, if a link to the main program is created manually.

The map folder - Used by both MS and Symbian 60

System/Apps - Used by Symbian 60 only

TomTom - MS + Symbian 60

Yeah, I renamed 2577 cos it was causing me grief with my BT pairing

I don't like having all those folders in the root of my mSD, might try scratching the S60 ones and see if it has any effect

2577 should not cause you any problems with BT pairing

@ blackdem0n

You stated that

I have installed new maps in TOMTOM, but it showing No mapfound...
As you can only buy these from TomTom with the GPS unit for the phone it comes as an all in one application.

Thing is you then say,

Italy-map is the only that I have.. and I do not know because it does not work..

So you have new maps to add to your existing TomTom then you say you only have Italy?? :-k

Think it's best to lock this one and say contact TomTom with your purchase information and they will give you all the support you need as a "paying customer"
