Guest Posted January 13, 2005 Report Posted January 13, 2005 Hi all I just got my imate sp3 a couple of days ago and so far so good but I have one or two questions (for now :D 1. Is there any way I can turn off the menu sounds ? I'm muted most of the options is the settings--sounds, but say when I'm in an app --camera--file manager etc- and I press the menu button I hear this annoying "dink" noise anyone know how to get rig of this ?? 2. Say I'm browsing the internet and I find a pic I'd like for my wall paper, how do I save this down to memory ? (I'm using internet explorer that came with the imate. Thats about it I think, unless can anyone recommend any must have software ? I got beta player from a reccomendation from here and it's great. Cheers and thanks for any replies gerryR

Ive turned it off of mine, cant remember how, was it settings->profiles->normal(or whatever one u want)->system sound volume - change to off? 2. Get the update off of the clubimate.com site, you can get some pretty funky little games :-D smart explorer is good too, pocketdivxencoder (for your PC so you can create nice divx/xvid to play in betaplayer). photo explorer is a nicer picture browser than the built in one, and im using a program called Chronos to set up alarms (you can choose what days you want them too). holr Edited January 13, 2005 by holr
