Flash Stuff

Would anyone who knows how to write in flash be able to write something that will enable you to click buttons, for example, create a flash program that has a crosshair instead of a mouse that you can move with the directional buttons and simulate the left mouse click with the action button, this program could load another flash file, you could click the start button or whatever, and the close the flash file with the crosshairs in it.

If you could do that then you could watch all sorts of flash movies that have a 'start' or 'play' button.
