Cant send via BT --- Any pointers?

I tried (for the first time today) to send a file via BT. Using the file manager on my C500, i selected "Send via Infrared" while i had BT on. I waited for quite some time, but the device still indicated "searching" without coming up with any any other phones(which were set to discoverable).

Ive heard that there is a program that can help curcimvent this issue, but i cant remember the name.

PS: As a secondary question , is there a program that easily converts DVDs into Mpegs that can play on smartphones? I dont wana fiddle with 2-3 programs (i am not a patient person:P).

You have to bond the devices before transfering files.

Smart Explorer from www.binarys.com can be easier to use than the

built in file manager.

There is are a few applications available for convertinf movies to your phone for example, DVD to Mobile

For best quality though you want to be looking at Betaplayer and Divx avi files.

Doh, that is quite stupid...

Do you have to bodn the phones even if u use Smartexplorer?

Can u suggest a program that can handle automatically the coversion of a dvd to a smartphone friendly divx file?
