MPx 220 - using PocketMac to sync with Mac

Using PocketMac to sync my MPx 220 to Entourage on the Mac, I am able to sync Calendar events and Tasks, but cannot get Contacts in Entourage to pass to the phone. Contacts created on the phone will move to Entourage. I have also tried to sync with Address Book and experience the same problem. any suggestions?

Also, is anyone aware of alternatives to PocketMac? Their support is near non-existent.
