help needed

I need to use my phone in Spain. How can i unlock my SPVE100 phone so that a spanish sim card will work in that phone.

Orange said they would do it, but for a fee of £20.

I'm not very good with computer language. So clear instructions on what i have to do but would be most appreciated.

I haven't got the cd softward that came with the SPVE100 anymore. I don't know whether you need this.

If you're only going for a short time you could get international roaming activated by Orange for free.
