5600 volume thru 2.5 jack question...

I have been using stereo headsets to listen to music from the phones WMP10 player. This is now my most used mp3/wma player of choice since its on me at all times. The only problem is that the volume isnt very loud at all coming out of the 2.5 jack. Same problem with plugging in FM transmitter, i have to turn up the stereo real loud to finally hear it. Ive gone through Profiles and Settings to find how I can increase the audio with no luck. Is there a reg hack or something Im missing?

I think the first two thing to look for.

1 Make sure the volume is turned up full on the side of the phone.

2 Check for any volume adjuster on the stereo headset itself.

The volume on my C500 is very load when it's turned up full. I can check the various registry settings in my phone and see what they are (when I eventually find them :D )
