Converting palmdesktop contacts to outlook help

Does anyone know how to convert palmdesktop contacts and calendar to equivalent Outlook ones?

The reason why I want to get my palmdesktop contacts and calender onto outlook is because I have recently got myself an M2000 and thus would like to import all my contacts and calender into it.

Presumeably you have a palm device otherwise you wouldn't be using palmdesktop? If so, can't you Sync palmdesktop with your palm device then use Switchsync to sync them into Outlook from where you can sync them with your M2000?

...or just use the default hotsync application that comes with any Palm OS device, change the sync settings from Palm Desktop to Outlook...
