Bluetooth synchronization with 2 computers

Scenario: Home PC / Work PC both with bluetooth capability. I need to setup a C500 so whenewer I enter home or work bluetooth range then automatic synchronization occurs.

I have accomplished automatic synchronization only with one computer using the BT AutoSync SP software.

If there not exist any automatic solution. What is the best approach to do that?. I don`t find very user friendly to change the bluetooth binding in Options everytime I want to synchronize with different computer. As you know reconfiguring the bluetooth synchronization is HELL so I would like to setup it once and don`t mess around before every sync.
