Hello! My SPV C500 needs a hard reset how do i do this and also games on midlet dnt run with sound?? y?? :D

There's a thread explaining how to do a HardReset (try clicking on HardReset and it might take you to it), but basically:

Power off the phone

Press and hold Left and Right "soft" keys

Press Power button for 1.5 seconds (the time it takes to say "one elephant two" - getting that timing right is crucial)

You should get a screen prompting you to do a reset, which I think you have to press 0 (zero) to confirm

Hard Reset is a major step, not many common problems need you to do that, so check to see if you're not missing an easier solution!

As for midlets, I dunno, never used any TBH
