MPX200 O2 GPRS WAP Settings?

Hi, I have tried looking to see if the settings are already here somewhere, but alas cannot find them. I have an MPX200 which I have just had unllocked and would like to try and set it up for GPRS WAP, but can't find the settings anywhere. I am on a PAYG Sim with this phone now, and just can't seem to get it to work.

Any help would be very greatly appreciated :D
