Getting rid of the BEEP when initiating calls?

Is it possible to get rid of the "BEEP" that comes out of the internal speaker when initiating calls? It's really annoying at times, especially in loud environments - it still makes that BEEP even when on the SILENT profile.

I know you can turn it off in the accessiblity options, however, that turns off all of the beeps (ie: Call waiting, etc..)

Theres a program called earsaver that does it, i think coolsmartphone has it
