Help with my C500

Hi guys,

Ok, firstly want to know what kind of files i can delete to tidy it up as there is allsorts on there

Also, when i recieve files via Bluetoot, they seem to go anywhere they want, any way of directing there download path?

Anyway of associating file types (for example JPegs) with certain folders?

I know these may seem like n00b questions but i really am a beginner with this phone, cheers for any help guys

In general, the files you're looking to delete will be part of the ROM and will be rewritten every time you reboot the phone. Make sure you install everything to the storage card and limit the number of themes and ringtones you have in the phone memory. That way you'll have enough space to run your software.

Whenever I have received files by BT they always go to My Documents. I don't think there is a way to specify a particular folder.

me too, every file i send goes to the main directory of my documents. if you want to delete junk files, go to file explorer and in options select hide (system files, rom files and hidden files) the rest i guess you can delete. be careful though you might delete files needed by prgrams you have installed

If you do a hard reset it will give you all the minimum files you need.

Do not just delete files unless you are 1005 sure what you are doing.

Also anything in the main Windows folder cannot be deleted as they will just be recreated when you reboot the phone.
