Installing software on i-mate Smartphone 2002

Hi

I have installed several applications in i-mate smartphone 2002. They are:

1). BetaPlayer.

2). ClearVue Suite (Trial).

The problem is that I am unable to start them on my phone. Also, they are

not appearing in the "Remove programs" page in the phone. But ActiveSync on

my PC is showing them installed with no problems at all. I would appreciate

a response.

I would guess that the software has not actually been installed. Have a read of this thread :
