Guest metb Posted January 19, 2005 Report Posted January 19, 2005 I would like to change the default carrier logo to my own. I have found a carrier logo file saved at windows/carrier_splash.gif, but I do not know how to overwrite it. Please help! Sorry about my English, Greetings from Croatia
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted January 19, 2005 Report Posted January 19, 2005 Do you mean the startup logo or the logo on the LCD display? Either way you will need to edit the registry and remap the image to a different location, ie IPSM\Application Data\Home
Guest bigfootpete Posted January 19, 2005 Report Posted January 19, 2005 Looks like perfect English to me!
Guest metb Posted January 19, 2005 Report Posted January 19, 2005 @awarner: I mean startup logo. Where can I found this in registry? I have been trying but I could not find it. tnx!!! @bigfootpete: tnx, it was a short sentence:)
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted January 20, 2005 Report Posted January 20, 2005 To save playing with the registry yourself, there is an app called SmarTweak that can change the logo for you.
