Icon for new application

I'm just tinkering with a new application using the .net compact framework for Smartphone 2003. I have the application working fine and have worked out how to create a .cab file for installing it.

The bit I can't work out is how to give it an icon? It installs with the default icon.

If i assign an icon to the project within visual studio it appears ok on the unpackaged .exe but it's not there when I install the cab on my C500.

Anyone got any ideas? I'v done a search and cannot find anything relating specifically to the icon.

It's OK, I'm not going mad.

I had it right all along - after a seconf reboot of my phone, the icon appeared as it should.

One day I'll get some consistency out of a Microsoft phone!
