Guest Pondrew Posted January 21, 2005 Report Posted January 21, 2005 Stupid I know but although I recall that the SPV (E200+C500) used ARM processors I understand that the MDA III is using an Intel Xscale processor? Is that right? The reason I ask is that one piece of Pocket PC software has three installation files, one marked ARM, one MIPS and one SH. So my question is, which one do I install?!
Guest beersoft Posted January 21, 2005 Report Posted January 21, 2005 go with the arm one the mips and sh3 are for old ppc2000 devices (which are classics but suck) later Owen
Guest pizdyetz77 Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 Thank you. Just the answer I was looking for too - in anticipation of receiving my M2000 in the next 2 days . . . .
Guest Chimpanzee Posted February 16, 2005 Report Posted February 16, 2005 You can look-up your processor by going to Start->Settings->System (tab)->Device Information->Hardware (tab). This is on the spv m2000 anyway ??
