C500 transfer all contacts via bluetooth?

I have managed to pair the c500 with my bmw bluetooth factory installed kit. With my last phone the Sony Ericsson T630 you had to then transfer all contacts via bluetooth before you finish pairing. Does anyone know if you need to do this or how to?

I have tried beam contact individually via bluetooth it says Pend then Done but does not appear to have transferred?

Any help appreciated.

I have managed to make a call from the phone and it does go through the bmw bluetooth ok.
