Need network unlock code to switch from ATT to Cin

I am trying to switch from ATT to Cingular.

Does anyone know the network unlock code password for the SMT5600?

Is this where I perform the $39 unlock procedure?

there are none that I know of. Try contacting your network and asking if they can do it
