Hi all hope all is good and fine

well i have a Qtek 7070 smartphone and i wanna to put some ringtones(*.Wav) in my memory card and work normal but i dont know how hope anyone help me in that

Welcome to the site :D

Depending on the update you have on your phone you should be able to just place them on the storage card.

If you are trying to use the ringtones for custom contacts then it is not possible without making the phone unstable.

well the ROM Update versions is as follows:

Operator : 1.4.2.46

Manufacturer : 1.4.2.46

Microsoft : 3.0.13101.0

Language : 1.4.2.46

File System : 3.0.13101.0

that is all what i found in the about

and i just wanna to be able to view the ringtones(*.wav) which are in the memory card when i open the sounds from settings

You are running an old rom on your phone. Ringtones on the storage card became available after the 1.5 update.

but i have some questions if U dont mind

first is there any way to backup my current rom so i could install it if the new one makes problems

second how do i install a new rom from the start :D

third is there any site else the link U have gave to me cause this site is in swedeen and i dont understand any word from it
