This has always been a common problem with all SPV's, and is usually one of the following.. 1) A corrupt XML (Profile) file in the root windows folder 2) Profile settings name change (Ie, active profile has been changed, duplicates are allowed) 3) The small plug detect switch about .5 cm inside the socket is stuck..
