Mini Bluetooth Headset

I bought a mini bluetooth headset before Christmas which worked fine. Could do all the usual stuff like initiating a call / app using voice tags, transferring call to and from headset, end call, pick up call etc.

Unfortunately, it stopped turning on the other day and I have had it replaced. However, now I am unable to use voice tags with it and transfer calls etc, though it works just fine on a voice call.

I am thinking this replacement may be faulty but wondered if I had inadvertently switched off the ability (in the c500 phone) to use voice tags via the headset - does anyone know if this is possible?

Pretty pointless granted but I thought I would check before taking it back again!
