Dust inside screen:?:

I bought my Qtek8010 (SP3, C500) 2 weeks before christmas :D. Now, after more than a month there is dust inside my screen :?:

How the h*ll did it get in there? how do i get it out?

Do i leave it to the store where i bought it and wait for qtek to fix it, or do i get a new one?

Have this happened to anyone else? plz reply! :cry:

Dust can be a common problem for some, I have been lucky and never had it in any of my phones.

You have three options,

1, See if the store will replace\repair the phone for you.

2, Try using a hoover to suck the dust out via the power button.

3, Take the phone apart to clean the screen.

My Nephew had the same problem with his C500 and it seemed as though the front casing was not fitting correctly ,Even with Oranges Insurance they said it was cosmetic and not a fault ,as the phone was just over 3 months old ,when he explained that sometimes its difficult to see they told him to go into his nearest Orange Shop ,they agreed that there was a fault ,and phoned Orange who still would not change or repair the phone

After several call,s Orange refused point blank to do anything ,but the situation changed when he dropped the phone ,they were most helpful and he received his new phone the next day.
