Cannot Boot my smart amazing phone

I tried updating my SMART OS with version 1.7. However, the software displayed an error "PHONE cannot be detected!". After that, my phone is always in canary mode and cannot even perform a hard reset. what can i do to reinstall the OS in my amazing phone? Pls Help!

you need to rerun the update with the phone in the cradle when at the boot loader screen.

You should use a pc with win xo installed, do not use usb hubs, disable firewalls and similar.

i'm not quite knowledgeable on the phone terms and jargons. So may i ask, how could i know if i'm in the bootloader scrren? is that the screen that has several color layers and that says "Canary MU"? If yes, i did try re-intsalling the update but it didn't work. Is there a way where I can re-install the bootloader or the OS using my MMC? Where can i download the files needed?

Can someone help me with my problem? I really cannot boot my amazing phone though i performed hard reset. it's always on the canary MU mode. it cannot go into the bootloader where i can select some options. I need an advise badly. please please please.. help! :D :D(

maybe the action button is faulty. what i do in this case is to remove the battery and then try again. where are you exactly? if you are in the philippines, then i maybe able to help you.

i'm from the philippines. hope you really could help me. I tried removing the battery several times though but to no avail, i still can't go to the bootloader.

there was also a suggestion to re-install the bootloader using MMC. I got it from airfagev.com, unfortunately, there was no direct link as to where I will download the installer. I already downloaded WinHex, but i can't find the right bootloader to download in my Smart Amazing phone, which I believe is not amazing anymore (hehehe).
