It is a CAB file so just copy them onto your handset then open the cab file voila one theme. Guest Jabba_the_gut Posted February 3, 2005 Report Posted February 3, 2005 I put the cab file on my phone. i went to open it. Then it comes up with: installation failed. the program or setting cannot be installed becauce it does not have adequate system permissions.
