Guest drblow Posted February 4, 2005 Report Posted February 4, 2005 It would be possible to get this screen working with 2002 phones. All you have to do is replace the orange e200 plguin with something default. Might need to rearrange the graphics a bit mind you!

View File <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hello, Question, I can't get this great homescreen to work properly. I think I still miss a plug-in. Problem is that the homescreen doesn't display my appointments. I have downloaded and installed Oxios, Smartmonitor and RJ shortcuts. PS I do have the SPV E200 Thanks! Edit: I have it working now (missed a plug-in) but there's something strange in the apointment section. There are some strange looking purple lines running through it?!? Looked at the file but can't find out what is causing them. Thanks! Edit 2: Got it, downloaded trial version. Mmm just donated $5 haha and bought the app. Working fine now Edited February 11, 2005 by Walter
Guest janota Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 Hi once I have tryied to install it on the Storage card - but unsucceesfully. Any next try to make standard install is unsucesfull too... Usual reason is "The program or setting cannot be installed becouse it does not have adequate system permissions." Could anyone help me little bit please? Rasto
Guest drblow Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 You need to decertify your phone in order to install a cab file. Using the forum search function you can easily find answers to these, and other, frequently asked questions.
Guest janota Posted February 13, 2005 Report Posted February 13, 2005 (edited) I have finally decert my spv and install the outlook.cab. But the final home screen looks wrong. Is somehow ruined. I have installed smartmonitor, Oxios tasks, RJshortcuts (drblow's Alpha). Should I install something else? Thx Rasto Edited February 13, 2005 by janota
Guest drblow Posted February 13, 2005 Report Posted February 13, 2005 OK - sorry, it's my fault that I didn't make the first post in this theme very clear. This theme is designed for use with C500/e200 only as it uses the orange shortcut plugin, which is not available for other phones. It's coz I never really thought this theme or the ExP one were going to be very popular, so I never explained anything properly.

But it not works - where I make an mistake? If I compare to your picture of the screen the appointment part is missing fully, hotmail/google links are above the tasks on the appointment place. Task Icon is on the right place and bottom line is empty... Rasto Edited February 13, 2005 by janota
Guest drblow Posted February 14, 2005 Report Posted February 14, 2005 So, does that translate to you not having any appointmnets showing? If so, have you installed the scrolling appts plugin?

But after that I have changed homescreen to other and than I have tryied change back to Outlook. Since that time no installed screen (since that working) is working - "No home screen layout can be found. Install a valid home screen layout and then select it ..." appears.
