MPX200 Won't Boot Up

I have a ATT MPX200 and it's been working fine for like a few months. Now it won't even turn on. I know mpx200's a little bit, so i tried a hard reset..nothing. I tried to rewrite the rom by connecting it to my computer...the software didn't detect it. I took my friend's mpx200 and the computer detected it fine. The only thing that happens when i plug it into my computer (while holding down left key) is that the vibration motor comes on, the backlight comes on PARTIALLY, and it'll just vibrate until i yank out the battery.

So, what should I do? I'm not an ATT customer, I can't send it back to ATT. What if I send it to Moto? Will they give me a new one? I checked their site and it says they'll repair it unless its Beyond Economical Repair.

Can someone help?

Try your friends battery or get your friend to charge your battery in his phone and see what happens as the problem you may have is that the phone is no longer charging, this can happen if the internal fuse has blown.
