Audiovox SMT5600 -- going back for repair

I'm going to have to send my wife's 5600 back to Audiovox for repair. The speaker is "blown" out and sounds very crackly. She has had it ~ 2months. ATT/Cingular couldn't do anything.... So either I bulk up the Credit Card so she is not without -- or have an un-happy wife for a few weeks. --

At least my 5600 is still working great!!!

i seny mine to the ~ATT IT SUCKS THEY TAKE SO LONG!!!! Im going to just keep calling and bugging them till they get mine fixed mine as been in there for 2 weeks and they haven't even identifed it!!! :x

hmmm....any update....i just sent my smt5600 yesterday because my speaker broke to0....nasty cracking sound and very low volume....i think its same problem as leslietroyer.....

I have sent my imate SP3 to dubai 5 ( five ! ) week ago , and they havent sent it back yet :lol: . youre lucky to get yours by 2-3 weeks !

so i just called audiovox customer service to check up on my repair but it wasnt registered in their system....i used my tracking number and it says it was delivered on friday morning....so they told me to call back tomorrow (march 1st) because it takes 24 hours for it to be entered into the system....i also asked how long would the repair take...they said 48 and a haf hours :D .....well...if that is true...i would have my phone back either later this week...or early next week.....

btw....how long is their warrenty???....1 year???
