Guest luvbigg04 Posted January 29, 2005 Report Posted January 29, 2005 I am using a bluetooth USB dongle, which is using the default drivers etc which come with sp2 (XP) I cannot for the life of me get the phone to connect via bluetooth. Correction if i go to activate via BT on the phone, it will connect, but active sync won't find it on the com ports? Any idea's? Also! Can I transfer from sim to phone memory? and I tried putting a wav into a sound folder (i created) under storage, using active sync (on USB only!), but the file doesn't appear on the phone. The orange manual is rubbish! Any help on the above much appreciated. To be honest I really don't think i like the phone, its too awkward to navigate around. Ho Hum....
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 29, 2005 Report Posted January 29, 2005 1 Bluetooth help in this thread : http://www.modaco.com/index.php?showtopic=...41&hl=bluetooth 2. In your Accessories folder select SIM Manager, Select All, then Add To Contacts. 3. Put your ringtone (etc) files into \Storage \Application Data \Sounds 4. The manual may be poor but this is the best phone on the market :D HTH
