I need to disable all sounds while at work

Can someone help, I need to disable all sounds while at work on an automatic profile, I keep forgetting and I don’t want to switch off because of missing messages and missed call notifications. When I finish work I am also forgetting to go back to normal, yes I know I am a numpty but is it possible without being too hard to set-up?

If you set an appointment in Outlook for all day, recurring each week day and set your phone's profile to Automatic I believe it'll switch to the meeting profile (which you can edit to be fully silent if you wish) all day while your at work.

You could use Tint GPS - it uses the mobile phone cells to determin where you are and you can then set the profile depending on what location you are at.

The only trouble is that the cells can be quite big and may not change profile until you are hundreds of meters away from work.

It does work though.
