HowTo get ringer to shut off according to calendar

I tried searching the forums and google, but haven't found my answer yet.

I want to put my meetings in my calendar. I would like my phone to switch from ringer to vibrate (and vice versa) when the phone is aware that I am not in an appointment.

When you set up your Appointments make sure that Status is 'Busy.'

Then go into Settings, Profiles and scroll down to Meeting but don't press the action button.

Instead hit Menu, Edit and change the options to suit.

Thank you so much.

The only step I had to add to your directions was that after everything is set up, I had to set the phone in 'Automatic' profile.

That switches between 'normal' and 'meeting' according to the calendar.
