Can't find link/thread to latest Orange ROM

Grrrr - well my original Orange ROM C500 has decided it is no longer recognised as a USB device and decided not to sync via BT. Foolishly deleted the patnership from activesync and then released I would no longer be able to use the BT to form a new partnership. Oh yeah and IR not working either. Sooooo, I need to hard reset my phone and since I am doing this I might as well update to the latest ROM. Searched Modaco and Orange and can't find the thread or link for the latest Orange update. Can anyone help me out.
