Bad Krusell case quality

Has any one else got the Krusell case for the C500?

I received mine and the cutouts for the joystick and speaker and terrible, looks like someone just guessed and cut them out by ear.

The rest of the case seems ok, is also very tight fitting, might go with wear.

So any one else had this?

I think you should ask for a replacement, this is not how it should be.

Mine has the cutouts in the perfect spot.

Mine is also fine.

First I had trouble making the phone fit in the case resulting in cutouts not being correct.

I tried again. Much better.

try twisting the phone in the case and the holes will line up

i had a problem like that with my e200 case (the phone twisted out of sync with the holes)

another tip is to heat the plastic with a hairdryer then fit the phone in

later

Looks like a dodgy batch!! Mine is fine.

Ask for replacement.

Got one for my C500 and the cutouts are ok. Gets dusty under the front of the case which don't help as its got into the phone now. :-(

Thanks for the replies, I have sent it back for a replacement.

Yes it does get very dusty under the cover and it sticks to the phone, at least its covered as well as can be heh.

Mine is very nice, with the cutouts close to perfect. The only problem is the dust that gets between the screen and the plastic of the case.

My cutouts are as good as perfect aswell, but I agree with ron, the bits of dust going under the plastic are annoying.

Also, they are very tight when brand new but as the leather warms up in your pocket it moulds to the shape of your phone!

My friend has a BodyGlove case on his SE Z600. I know it's a flipphone but the plastic sticks to the screen like S*"t to a shovel, so tight infact, hehas to peel it off the screen to get the case off and he never has dust under that part of the case. Maybe thats what we need for ours, Don't know if BG make one for the C500?
