You'll have to go for xBar as Battery Pack is only for Pocket PCs AFAIK

Has OmegaOne fixed their memory leak and performance issues with their weather and battery apps on the PPC side? IF not I wouldn't suggest putting them on the WMSP side until they do.

I find Xbar to be a lot easier and quicker to use. It doesn't take up alot of memory, just about all of the fucntions of Battery pack are taken care of by various apps I already have installed so it would be redundant.

More importantly SmartPhone is not a PPC and the screen is too small to have a third of the screen taken up.

You can create a launch bar with 9 different programs inside xBar. On top of that, you can also assign each of the number buttons to individual programs.

I have the BatteryPack Bat bar on my home screen, providing lots of info at a glance. Don't use the program bar, though. Too cluttered for my taste. Instead I have xBar running and through that, I have easy access to my most used programs. xBar is also the choice for getting access to fast shutdown of running processes and I really see no alternative to the xBar copyboard functions.

But why choose between these two programs? I registered them both and use them every single day. Wouldn't wanna be without either one...
