Changing Program Icons

I recently changed operators from Orange to BreizMobile. Although Briez is actually using Orange, and so I didn't really need to change any settings I found that putting the new SIM in meant I got a new item on my Start Menu. This is called Services+ and clicking it gives me shortcuts to things like answerphone, customer services etc.

Unfortunately its icon is the same as the icon you get for a broken link. I can't seem to delete the whole thing, so is there any way to change the icon, like you can in Windows on PCs?
