Guest dpeilow Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Hi, Here's a new twist on the Bluetooth problems. I bought a Tecom BT3021 bluetooth access point in the hope that I could get a connection to my LAN when the PC wasn't on (i.e round the house MSN, browsing etc). I thought it might allow me to sync over ethernet when it was on too. The AP supports SPP, GAP and LAP etc so I thought this would work. Now, the phone finds the AP and makes a partnership with it but the AP's web interface says nothing is connected. The phone also doesn't pick up any details through DHCP. Does anyone have a clue what is going on? Is it a BT profile problem? Cheers, Dave

[edit] The AP supports Serial Port Profile as does the phone (I think) so in theory I should be able to get a PPP link set up. Or am I barking up the wrong tree again?
