media player HELP !

please help me... i have tried very unsuccesfully to change my windows media player theme but unfortunately it involving changing registry details, guess what it didn't work and now my media player will not work. i once saw a forum topic a long time ago when i

had my trusty old original spv with a media player reset but cannot find? i have tried to alter the registery to what i think it should be but being a tipical fool i never wrote down the settings before i changed the original...oh well we live and learn. anyone out there please help me.

to add to above......if any one has a c500 can they look at registery edit.. local machine-software-microsoft-windows media player-parameters-values-and finally the information in the value data i could really do with as this is all i have altered..thanks again
