Not clear what you are asking.

If it's POP email you can just download it through an email account on the phone. If it's web-based email (like Hotmail) then you need to either use the MoDaCo Plus Hotmail service, or buy the HTML Email Provider from Handango

If you're asking "which is cheaper - PAYG or contract GPRS?" then have a look at the Orange web site for your country and compare. It depends how much you use and so on

If you're asking is GPRS cheaper than CSD, then the answer is probably yes, but again it depends on variable stuff like how many emails you get, whether they have attachments and so on
