SPV C500 System Permissions

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I have just gotten a SPV C500 and when I try to install skins I get the message on the phone " Does not have adequate system permissions to install "

Any help would be appreciated.

try decertifying first use link at top of advice forum. orange do it all for you. this will let you install all software
