orange rom version 1.6.3.10

i had to reinstall the rom on my phone because a trial killed my task manager (ia style utility pack) (beware all who dont purchase this trial it will convert your task manager to a trial version which will uninstall with the utility pack trial)

anyway i was running the 1.6.1.10 update on my spve100 and as i said because it crashed i had to reinstall. well when i went to the place where i had it stored on my pc i noticed i also have the orange rom 1.6.3.10 and was wondering what it is.??

i tried to install it as i already had to do a reinstall but it said it isnt the correct rom for my phone even tho it says its an spv and spve100 update.....

anyone got any ideas.????

i know alot of you have looked at this post but havnt replied....

but please i wanna know what this is.. maybe a released rom for another country or something.. (altho the main boot page is in english)

but if they updated the rom then why not release it in england..!!??

if anyone knows or has any info on this rom i would like to know.....

the latest orange uk rom can be downloaded from

There were updates released by several networks, and several different orange roms, orange uk, orange nl. I dont know what region rom 1.6.3.10 is from, but i would just use the one from the orange site intended for use in the uk. Otherwise you have to manually configure gprs etc
