My housing on my phone is in terrible condition. I'm looking for a decent condition front and back housing for my phone. My camera barely takes pictures anymore the plastic is so scratched.

Try sending it for refurbishment at HTC Europe. I did and it cost me about £30. They also fixed problems I was having with my joystick and the number 4 key for free as it was under warrenty.
