Mpx200 Active Sync Dial up

Hi all, I am a newbie to this site and I am looking for some help with my Motorola MPX200 Smartphone.

Motorola MPX200 - Unlocked

Running WM2003

I would like to know how I can setup a dial up to my PC via Windows XP RAS facility and then perform an active sync with that notebook. I have successfully setup retrieving my email but I can not seem to achieve this goal.

Any Suggestions or Third Party Software required
