Guest preloaded Posted February 5, 2005 Report Posted February 5, 2005 Ever since i upgraded my MPX200 to WM2003 i've had problems with SMS input. It seems to paste in the last word from previous sent message whenever i click the first letter of my new message, and other strange things such as number strings come up first as suggestions of the predictive text input. There are loads of other weird things, most just to odd to describe, but simly frustrating when trying to quickly send an SMS. Did anyone else get this? r.
Guest hecatae Posted February 5, 2005 Report Posted February 5, 2005 yep I got that. other weird things like gprs failing to connect.

Guest TrickySPV Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 I just recently brought my MPX200, temp phone until the MPX220 comes out in the UK. I've had a look at this T9 problem however I cannot fix. The dll files that control the T9 input are stored in ROM and it these that need editing. I post this purely to help others that maybe looking to fix this. Dll files are: t9aw.dll T9EnglishLdb.dll Hope this helps.
Guest lenoz Posted March 26, 2005 Report Posted March 26, 2005 yeah think everyone i know has had the same problem with the crazy characters in the middle of text messages, specially the last used word popping up whenever you press a button on a new text. the T9 editing programs don't cope with t9aw.udb yet it seems :D also not had any luck with connecting GPRS - O2 genie connections anyone?
Guest CryoGenID Posted March 28, 2005 Report Posted March 28, 2005 I have the same problem. But it only occurs if I enter a word and then use one of the special characters of the menu via the '#'-Button. I found out the following: If you use that menu to enter a character, then you have to make one space after that character and he won't repeat the word you typed before... Christian
